Arrest made in murder of CVS manager in Fauquier County, Va.

Authorities on Wednesday arrested a 76-year-old man in connection with the murder of a CVS pharmacy manager whose body was found near a trash bin outside a store in Warrenton, Va.

Bernard Clark Duse Jr. of Fairfax County was arrested in the July 26 death of Rex Mack Olsen, according to the Warrenton Police Department. Olsen suffered an apparent gunshot wound, police said.

Olsen, 64, lived in Reva, Va. and ran the CVS store in the 500 block of Blackwell Road in Fauquier County.

The murder is the first of the year in Warrenton. Last year, there were no murders in the town, which has a population of roughly 9,600.
